When Rick founded Classic Travel & Tours over 30 years ago, the travel industry looked very different. There were no online booking engines, no review sites, no apps. People booked travel the way they bought everything else — by talking to someone they trusted.
A lot has changed since then. But one thing hasn't: the value of having a real expert in your corner. Someone who picks up the phone when your flight gets cancelled. Someone who knows that you prefer aisle seats, that your anniversary is in October, that your kids are allergic to shellfish.
That's what Classic Travel & Tours has always been about. It's not a booking engine. It's a relationship. And after three decades, hundreds of trips, and thousands of happy travelers — we're just getting started.
